March 1, 2022 – Ottawa – March is Fraud Prevention Month. During this annual campaign, PSPC would like to remind the vendor community of the importance of reporting suspected cheating or fraud in federal contracts.
The Federal Contracting Fraud Tip Line allows industry and members of the public to anonymously report possible fraudulent activity in federal contracting. This activity could include overbilling, bid-rigging, fictitious invoicing, or conflict of interest.
All tips are valuable. Even if you don’t have all the details, reporting the information you have helps to ensure that all suppliers have an even playing field and the contracting process is fair.
If you suspect that someone is cheating or is unfairly profiting from a Government contract, you can make a difference by calling 1-844-365-1616 or by submitting a tip online.
For more information on fraudulent schemes, visit the Types of cheating in federal government contracts page.
To learn about what information you can provide when making a disclosure, visit the What to include in your tip page.
If you see something wrong, do something right - Report it!
