The Business Dispute Management Program provides neutral and confidential resources for suppliers when they experience challenges with a contract where Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is the contracting authority. The program offers a variety of services to help with the prevention, management and resolution of these business disputes.

We encourage you to contact the program when you:
