The Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) on July 1, 2020. Canadian procurements are not subject to any procurement obligations under CUSMA.

June 10, 2020 - Ottawa - Are you a business that can supply personal protective equipment (PPE) in support of the response to COVID-19, or is your organization looking to buy PPE?

The Government of Canada has launched a new Personal Protective Equipment Supply Hub to help organizations sell and buy PPE during the coronavirus disease pandemic. The supply hub connects Canadian organizations with federal, provincial, and private sector resources, resources for Indigenous businesses, and lists of Indigenous businesses supplying PPE.

If you are a business that has PPE available for sale, or has supplies needed in the manufacturing of PPE, the supply hub has information to help you find potential buyers, as well as resources such as product specifications and guidance for businesses.

If you are an organization looking to buy PPE for your employees or clients, you can find resources to guide you in planning your purchases and information on businesses selling PPE.

Visit the Personal Protective Equipment Supply Hub to explore the resources and information available.
