STANDARD ACQUISITION CLAUSES AND CONDITIONS MANUAL
All instructions, general terms, conditions and clauses identified herein
by title, number and date are set out in the Standard Acquisition Clauses
and Conditions (SACC) Manual, issued by the Department of Supply and
Services bearing Catalogue No. P60-4/1-1991E and revised as of January 4,
1994.
The SACC Manual may be obtained from the Canada Communication Group -
Publishing, telephone (XXX) XXX-XXXX, and may also be viewed on the Open
Bidding Service, telephone (XXX) XXX-XXXX and 1-800-XXX-XXXX, and at all
DSS procurement offices.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - STANDING OFFER
Pursuant to the Department of Supply and Services Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.S-25,
(a) the Particulars of the Standing Offer set out in Part B of Standard
Instructions and Conditions - Standing Offers, DSS-MAS 9403-6 (10/93),
as well as the general terms, conditions and clauses identified
herein by number, date and title, are hereby incorporated by
reference into and form part of this Standing Offer, and
(b) Conditions set out in Part C of Standard Instructions and Conditions
- Standing Offers, DSS-MAS 9403-6 (10/93), as well as the general
terms, conditions and clauses identified herein by number, date and
title, are hereby incorporated by reference into and form part of
any contract resulting from any call-up pursuant to this Standing
Offer,
as though expressly set out herein, subject to any other express terms and
conditions herein contained.
